Micheal really and truly went well above and beyond and provided outstanding customer service. The demands of owning a small business can make it really difficult to focus on one project as you get pulled in so many other directions. QB Sports Bar Grill Games has recently switched to Customer Contact Solutions, and it's easily the best option among the many online food ordering companies available. I have tried several online ordering platforms and experienced very little success with restaurant orders. However, with Customer Contact Solutions, the experience has been different. From day one, Michael Kerr, the Director of Operations, has been fantastic. He got us up and running quickly and is always just a text or phone call away for assistance. Having been in business since 1991, I can confidently say that their online ordering platform has outperformed any others we've tried in the past. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would!!! A terrific company with an AMAZING support team and VERY reasonable prices. Their online ordering system has taken a HUGE burden off of our in-house team as online orders are much easier to process than having to answer a phone call for each order. As well, by offering a 10% discount to our customers for trying our online order system (on their first order), we have created a loyal database of customers that no longer use SkiptheDishes to send in their order. This alone has saved us ALOT of money! Well worth giving these guys a try. As a restaurant operator I found it a challenge to adapting to new technologies during the pandemic. I had tried a couple of different softwares to support the increase in orders for our restaurants, but we kept running into issues. I can't remember how we found EzOnline, but Michael from EzOnline made the transition from our old system very seamless. He is always available when something goes wrong, and the interface is more user friendly for our customers than anything we have tried in the past. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a shot if you're a restaurant looking to improve your online ordering process. To be completely honest, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Working with Michael from Customer Contact Solutions was one of the best business experiences I can honestly say I have ever had. Mike is very conscious of his customers needs upon first meet. I have been in need of a website for my non profit/charitable organization for quite some time, but kept putting it off due to busyness and schedules. My web page was desperately outdated. I had been working with Michael at Customer Contact Solutions for some time with a mobile web page application. Most of the companies contacting me for new web page design were off shore or large multinationals and expensive. I firmly believe in supporting small local independent business like my self. Well i don't usually write reviews,but i feel like this warrants one. I have been procrastinating about getting my website redone for about 2 years. lots of companies quoted and promised stuff but never followed up with me.
