QB Sports Bar Grill Games has recently switched to Customer Contact Solutions, and it's easily the best option among the many online food ordering companies available. I have tried several online ordering platforms and experienced very little success with restaurant orders. However, with Customer Contact Solutions, the experience has been different. From day one, Michael Kerr, the Director of Operations, has been fantastic. He got us up and running quickly and is always just a text or phone call away for assistance. Having been in business since 1991, I can confidently say that their online ordering platform has outperformed any others we've tried in the past. Micheal really and truly went well above and beyond and provided outstanding customer service. The demands of owning a small business can make it really difficult to focus on one project as you get pulled in so many other directions. Micheal was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions. He set up a program that fit our unique needs while patiently letting us take our time in getting it right on our end. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would!!! A terrific company with an AMAZING support team and VERY reasonable prices. Their online ordering system has taken a HUGE burden off of our in-house team as online orders are much easier to process than having to answer a phone call for each order. As well, by offering a 10% discount to our customers for trying our online order system (on their first order), we have created a loyal database of customers that no longer use SkiptheDishes to send in their order. This alone has saved us ALOT of money! Well worth giving these guys a try. VERY reasonable pricing, super-fast response time for any menu changes/issues and a friendly and professional team. ~ Dave T
